What is the work?

The work of God is to believe in Jesus.

If Jesus is God, what does it mean to respond to Him? Where most people In Jesus’ day would’ve expected a list of do’s and don’ts, Jesus’ response can best be summed as simply, “trust Me.” There is no higher work that any disciple can engage in than to learn to trust Jesus in every situation because when we learn to trust the One who created and sustains all things, there is no mountain too tall or ravine too treacherous for us to cross.

Scripture Memory Verses: John 6:28-29, Hebrews 11:1-3, 6, Mark 9:23-24
